How to play
- MoveDrag the left side of the screen. On a keyboard, WASD.
- LookDrag the right side, or drag from the FIRE button. Click once to lock the mouse on a computer.
- ShootHold FIRE, click, or press F. Nothing fires on its own. Headshots do double damage. Glass shatters when you shoot it, and a shot-out window is a new way in.
- Reload and fragsRELOAD or R. FRAG or G. SWAP or X, and 1 or 2, switches between your main gun and the pistol.
- WoodBoard with the on-screen button or E. Pry a plank off with Q and you get it back. You start with five planks.
- PackMedkits sit bottom left and heal 45. You can carry three. H uses one. I opens the bag: planks, medkits, frags and ammo.
- DriveWalk up and tap Drive, or press E. The left stick steers. Space is the handbrake. H is the horn.
- StairsIn a hotel, stand by the stairwell and tap Upstairs or Downstairs, or press E. You climb to the next floor.
If there is no sound
Sound starts when you tap Hold the line. Turn up the media volume with the phone's volume buttons, not the ringer. On an iPhone, the silent switch on the side mutes pages in Safari; the app asks the phone to treat the game like music or video. If a speaker icon at the top has a line through it, sound is muted inside the game. Switching apps can pause audio; the next tap starts it again.
If the picture stutters
On the start screen or the pause screen, switch Graphics from High to Low. Low turns off the glow, the shadows and the wet-street reflections. The city, the hotels and the fighting stay.
Purchases
Restore purchases is on the Loadout screen. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought with. Nothing in Horde Line is a random paid reward. If a purchase is missing, write to support with the store receipt.
Leaderboards
My runs is on this device. The Game Center or Google Play board needs you signed in to that service. Scores do not move from the browser game to the app.
